This Payment Policy explains how payments for purchases from ProSkid Equipment are handled.
Currency and pricing
Unless stated otherwise, website and quote prices are in U.S. dollars. Product prices may exclude sales tax, freight, liftgate service, residential or limited-access delivery, insurance, installation, permits, or other transaction-specific charges. Applicable charges should be disclosed before the order is finalized.
Accepted payment methods
Available payment methods are displayed through the applicable checkout, invoice, or written quote. Do not send payment using instructions from an unverified message or a person who cannot be confirmed through our official contact information. When payment is due
Unless a written quote, invoice, financing agreement, or order confirmation states otherwise, payment is due according to the terms presented before order acceptance. An order is not final until ProSkid Equipment accepts it and any required payment or authorization is successfully completed.
Authorization and verification
We or our payment providers may perform reasonable authorization, identity, address, or fraud-prevention checks. A payment authorization does not by itself guarantee that an order has been accepted.
Taxes
Applicable taxes are calculated or disclosed based on the transaction, delivery location, and available tax information. Customers remain responsible for taxes or fees that applicable law places directly on them.
Financing
If financing is offered, it may be provided by an independent third-party lender. Financing is subject to separate application, approval, rates, fees, and terms. We do not guarantee approval or a particular financing outcome.
Payment security
Do not submit bank-account, card, Social Security, tax-ID, or other highly sensitive financial information through the general website inquiry form. Use only the secure payment or lender process identified for your transaction.
Refunds
Approved refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy and, when practical, are issued to the original payment method.
