ProSkid Equipment ships eligible equipment, attachments, parts, and accessories to customers in the United States. Because many items are oversized or freight-class products, shipping methods and costs vary.
Order processing
We generally aim to prepare in-stock orders for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment and order verification. Special-order, configured, used, or freight-dependent equipment may require additional handling time. Any material delay known to us will be communicated using the contact information provided with the order.
Shipping methods and charges
Smaller items may ship by parcel carrier. Larger equipment and attachments may ship by LTL freight, flatbed, dedicated carrier, or another suitable method. Shipping charges are shown at checkout when available or confirmed by quote before the order is finalized.
Freight delivery
Freight deliveries may require a commercial address, loading dock, forklift, tractor, or liftgate service. Residential, limited-access, liftgate, appointment, redelivery, storage, or remote-area services may cost extra. Tell us about delivery constraints before the shipment is booked.
Delivery timing
Transit estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Weather, carrier capacity, route disruptions, inspections, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery.
Inspection at delivery
Inspect shipments before signing the delivery receipt when practical. Note visible damage or shortages on the carrier paperwork and photograph the shipment. Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the order.
Address accuracy and risk of loss
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address and appropriate receiving capability. Risk of loss and title transfer will be determined by the applicable order terms and law.
