Description
The Bradco Series II Mulcher attachment is built for heavy duty land clearing work, pipe line maintenance, DOT road clearing, and more. This Mulcher attachment can cut and mulch up to 8” standing hardwood trees on a compatible machine with an auxiliary hydraulic flow of at least 30 GPM. Bradco Skid Steer Mulchers are high flow only because of the horsepower they require to grind logs and stumps. High flow is currently defined as flows over 31 GPM at 3000 PSI or greater.
This mulcher is made with fixed hammers that are fitted with reversible, replaceable carbide and claw teeth. The teeth can be easily interchanged without rebalancing the rotor, which saves a lot of time.
The Series II has a synchronous belt drive system that eliminates belt and drive sprocket slippage. It is powered by a heavy duty bent axis variable displacement piston motor which offers better performance optimization, it also means that the mulcher can be switched easily to other machines without having to change out hydraulic motors, belts, or belt drive sprockets/pulleys.
